Okay, we here at Amazon.com labs would be bluffing if we told you we knew what Alanite was–nearest we can tell, it’s some kind of plastic that kinda resembles wood. These aren’t real clay chips, but they are the next best thing for a very reasonable price. They feel too heavy to be plastic and they stack well.
