You can’t legally win real money on internet poker sites. I am member on Poker Stars too, so i know.
Usually if you get in the top 27 you goto another tourney and have to get in the top 10 then you are entered into that $1000 tourney and yes it is real money

Btw, never bet all-in unless you got pocket 10s or higher.
I play on NLOP nothing but free and u do win cash and it takes about 2 months to get but u get it..
I play at Poker Stars with real money and win real money. Have you read their terms and conditions for that tournament? I know a lot of play money tournaments they have the top xx number of people get a free ticket into a real money tournament where you can win real money. Good Luck!
