In fact, I learned most of technical stuff I know from books, but seriously you need to take all that info and then put it to use in a game. After the flop, keep pushing. Make everyone think that your great hand before the flop just turned into a monster. If they didn’t hit on the flop, they will give it up to you, but if you slow down they might stay in with a draw. Don’t give them the opportunity to get any free cards.

The most important thing to remember at a double or nothing table is that you just need to stay in the game and not to take any unnecessary chances. Get into the hand as cheaply as you can and then get aggressive.  You don’t have to win any big pots or take anyone else out yourself. Just stay in the game and let the other players take the risks to push people out of the game.

not that I have found and the site I rent audio books from has an astounding number of them…. just not much from the poker end of things..which makes me sad.

edit: you CAN however get them in PDF format for portable E-book readers.

That I know of Pokerstars and Fulltilt, but you have to have points and then buy it on the VIP store.

Looks like you’ve already read most of the good books on Hold’em.

I recommend subscribing for a training video site such as cardrunners.com. You’ll learn a lot stuff you don’t normally see elsewhere.
