Most things you will learn on job but, one thing you could practice is learn how to cut chips. More you practice, more familiar it becomes so, get hold of around 20 – 25 chips and get used to feel of stack of 20 and learn to cut it into small pile of 4 (which is usually required for $ 25 and up) and also pile of 5 which is required for $ 5 or less.
