i play a lot and play at pokerstars.com. Its all free but they have realy money games too if you want. They have no limit pot limit and a couple of others ranging from 200/100 to 10/5 and its a program u download to desktop

And by players ganging up on you, if you are shortstacked, it is just a fact. But like on msn messaging eachother their cards and such is cheating and you can report it.

EXAMPLE: I had K 9 and the other person had K 7 and the board was K A 4 2 Q. We split the pot. Yet, I just played a game where I had A 5 and the other person had A 8 and the board was K 10 A 3 2. A 8 took the pot.

My question is: What is the rule when two people have the same pair and both have low kickers? It seems to follow the higher kicker rule, yet other times the pot is split. It would really help me decide how to bet if I knew the answer for sure.

are you sure on the first one. It goes by the best 5 cards.. So your kicker may not matter if the drawn cards are higher than your kicker then its a tie. so your using 1 of your cards and the 4 cards from the draw. give both players the same hand. this is how it should be.

There is allot more to Texas holdem’ poker than playing the odds to win. You need to be able to read the other players habits also.

Poker just doesn’t work the same online, bluffing is harder and luck’s still a factor. The odds are always the same. Don’t think they are cheating on you, It’s really just bad luck.
